Leathes Prior’s Corporate Team has advised the shareholders of Greenhaul Limited, a family-owned Norfolk transport business, on its sale to Ascent Acquisitions Limited.

Founded over ten years ago by Simon and Rachel Lee with just one vehicle, Greenhaul has grown into a respected regional operator with a fleet of 13 trucks and three dedicated subcontractors. The business provides specialist bulk haulage services using high-volume walking floor trailers, predominantly moving biomass for energy production, waste-to-energy materials, animal bedding, and recyclable commodities. Known for its reliability and sustainability focus, Greenhaul has become a key player supporting the renewable energy and recycling sectors across East Anglia and beyond.

The transaction was led by Partner Alex Saunders, assisted by Solicitor Milan Pandit, both from Leathes Prior’s Corporate Team.
