Kelly manages and supports the legal tech systems that keep our firm running, including our Case Management System and other core software tools. She leads a number of IT projects, collaborating with vendors and ensuring our systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with how we work. Kelly’s role combines technical capability and user experience, helping the firm stay agile and effective through smart use of technology.

Kelly is passionate about training and this is a key part of her role, whether it’s onboarding new starters or helping colleagues get more out of the tools they use every day. She believes technology should be approachable and useful, and enjoys supporting the continuous learning culture we are proud of at Leathes Prior.

  • Had a number of roles as a secretary, a super user, IT Support and an IT Trainer – 2000-2016
  • Completed Microsoft Office Specialist exams – 2008
  • Worked in a number of London Law firms – 2003-2016
  • Relocated to Norfolk in 2016 and joined Leathes Prior in December 2016 as a Legal Secretary
  • Progressed to IT Assistant – January 2018 delivering the roll out of Practice Case Management System to the entire firm
  • Progressed to Case & Training Manager in September 2021
  • Progressed to Practice Software Manager in 2025
