Katie joined Leathes Prior in September 2026 to begin her Training Contract with the firm; for her first seat she will be sitting in the Residential Property Team. Prior to joining LP, Katie graduated from University of East Anglia with a degree in Law in 2025, and went on to study with the University of Law in preparation for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).

In 2024, Katie worked as a Legal Assistant at a local solicitors’ firm specialising in private client matters, with a particular focus on Wills and Probate. Prior to this, she gained legal work experience at Aviva, working alongside its in-house legal counsel, as well as experience within a commercial legal team in Southampton.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys keeping active through Reformer Pilates and spin classes. She also spends her spare time searching for the best coffee spots and eateries that Norfolk has to offer, as well as hosting and spending time with family and friends.
