FINANCE TEAM PROMOTIONS AT LEATHES PRIOR

We are pleased to announce two promotions within our Finance Team, with Vicki Holland promoted to Finance Manager and Emma Davies promoted to Accounts Supervisor.

Vicki joined Leathes Prior in 2025 as Finance Executive with over 20 years of experience in finance. In her new role as Finance Manager, Vicki will provide managerial support across the Finance Team, while also working more closely with Finance Director, Craig Farr, on a range of strategic finance matters to support the continued growth and development of the firm.

Emma joined Leathes Prior as an Accounts Assistant following the incorporation of Cole & Co in 2013 and has worked closely with the Residential Property Team and the wider team ever since. Emma now will take on the role of Accounts Supervisor, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day supervisory duties within the team on a full-time basis and helping to ensure the continued smooth running of the firm’s accounts function.

Both promotions recognise the significant contribution Vicki and Emma make to Leathes Prior and reflect the opportunities for people to develop and progress their careers within the firm.
