Craig Farr
Craig is Leathes Prior's Finance Director and a key member of the Management Team. He delivers comprehensive management and financial reporting, supporting the partnerships strategic and operational decision making.

Craig’s involvement in the management of the firm enables him to provide valuable input into the development and implementation of Leathes Prior’s business plans. Working closely with the Management Team, he draws on over thirty years of experience within legal support teams to deliver informed financial insight and strategic guidance. Craig also manages the Finance Team and oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial operations.
A qualified Accounting Technician with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) – the UK’s leading qualification and professional body for vocational accountants – Craig combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the firm’s culture and operational needs. His broad experience allows him to contribute effectively to the ongoing success and strategic direction of the firm.
Outside of work, Craig is an ardent Norwich City supporter and a season ticket holder for both the men’s and women’s teams. A passionate advocate for the women’s game, he is a dedicated follower of the WSL (Women’s Super League). A keen runner, Craig regularly takes part in local events and is soon to take up cycling as a new challenge. He is also a qualified FA Level 2 coach and has been coaching women’s football for the past five years, following eleven years coaching boys’ football.
