Sarah was very knowledgeable and engaging, and provoked some thoughtful discussion around challenging areas. We really enjoyed the collaborative style of the training, and the hands on exercises were great and allowed us to apply what we learned in real time. The practical examples linked to our business and related to our policies made the session relatable. We discussed some serious subjects, but Sarah kept it fun and relatable at all times. We are looking forward to another session!

After a couple of conversations and clarity about the needs for the business, Sarah was clear about what she could deliver. Her training covered in total 7 sessions which would capture the entire workforce. Firstly, I would like to thank Sarah for delivering a course which accommodated all levels of the business and for simplifying a difficult topic, making it relatable and clearly understandable for all. Sarah was able to bring the training to life by using real case studies, really hitting home the message you need to be aware of your audience. Every time Sarah delivers an Employment Law Update Course at LIND, the feedback from the teams has been fantastic.
