Alison Beales

Alison prides herself on her caring, helpful and thorough service, often capitalising on her experience with residential property when advising her farming clients.

Alison loves nothing more than getting her wellies on for a farm visit. In her spare time, Alison enjoys spending time with her horses, watching rugby, running and has participated in a number of long-distance challenges for local charities.

• Complex first registration to facilitate leisure industry sale in excess of £6.4 million.
• Acquisition of farmland for investor client in excess than £2.4million within 5-week turnaround from heads of terms to completion.
• Routinely assisting our wills trusts and probate team with complex distribution of estate assets.
• Acquisition of farmland for agricultural client in excess of £2.2million within 5 week turnaround from heads of terms to completion
• Complex first registration for portfolio of commercial, residential and agricultural for charity client.

• Alison studied A-Levels at Wymondham College to include Law.
• Worked at previous firm since 2015 – Steeles Law
• Joined Leathes Prior’s Residential Property Team as a Property Executive in January 2020
• Joined the Agricultural Property Team on a full-time basis in December 2023
• Completed her CILEX exams and has qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2024
• Promoted to Associate in April 2025
