I have used Joanna Allen at Leathes Prior to sell my property and more recently to purchase a bungalow, Joanna has dealt with no end of delays and hold ups from the sellers Estate Agent and Solicitor, she even phoned and emailed me on her days off, and had to send numerous extra e mails chasing for replies to the agent and solicitor up to the day of completion. When I received the invoice for payment, it was as originally quoted, and I was never charged any extra. I can’t praise Joanna highly enough. I would give her 10 out of 10 and recommend her to everybody.
