I used Leathes Prior for my first home buying solicitors - forewarning, I bought the property under auction conditions. This meant a quick completion was required, with a very short completion window. I had the WORST luck possible during my move, but one part of the process which did not faulter was the solicitors side. Joanna Allen was in charge of my case, she was very prompt, professional and informative with her information and action given the circumstance. I would highly recommend using Leathes Prior as a solicitors - they are more expensive than other companies but the service is definitely worth paying for.
