Peter is responsible for the firm’s business development and marketing, working alongside the partners and lawyers developing business across the firm’s many products and services on a local and national basis.

As Business Development and Marketing Manager, Peter leads the firm’s strategic marketing, communications, and client-care initiatives, working closely with the Managing Partner and senior leadership to drive growth across all practice areas.
Since joining Leathes Prior in 2018, Peter has overseen a significant evolution of the firm’s brand, from strengthening its digital presence to delivering high-impact campaigns, events, and partnerships that have helped position Leathes Prior as one of East Anglia’s leading full-service law firms.
He manages the Marketing and Reception Teams, ensuring consistency of message, quality of service, and a client experience that reflects the firm’s values. Peter plays a key role in shaping the firm’s profile locally, regionally and nationally, from organising events such as the LP Summer Party and the LP Pub Challenge to championing the firm’s wider “LP Loves Local” initiatives.
Peter takes pride in helping people and teams grow, bringing ideas to life that move both the firm and its clients forward.
