Immigration

Our Immigration Team provides expert advice and assistance with the full range of immigration matters, including both personal and business immigration. Whilst we do not undertake what is commonly referred to as 'legal aid work', we are able to offer a consultation with the team at the fixed fee of £300 plus VAT.
We advise businesses and individuals on the general Immigration Rules including the Points Based System as well as applications under the EEA/EU regime. Our areas of expertise include:
Spouse, fiancée and partner visa applications
Visitors visa applications
Child migrant and family reunion visa applications (including dependent relative visas)
Tier 1 visa applications (investor, entrepreneur or graduate entrepreneur)
Tier 2 migrant working visa applications
Tier 2 sponsor’s licences
Tier 2 applications for sportspersons
Tier 2 intra-company transfers
Tier 4 student visa applications
EEA and EU free movement applications (including for extended family members)
Sole representative visa applications for overseas businesses
British Citizenship
Human Rights applications; particularly under Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights
Our team draws on a variety of expertise and as such is able to provide advice on how to set up a business in the UK, how to sponsor employees and the relevant licenses required. We also advise students, colleges, high schools and universities. We are able to advise on applications from both within and outside the United Kingdom and deal with any appeals including judicial review. The team also benefits from the experience of head of the team Tim Cary; who was appointed as a part-time Immigration Judge in 1997, sitting in London.

Good news indeed. You have done it again. No words can express how grateful we are to you and your team for working hard on all immigration cases involving our family. A letter of appreciation will be hand-delivered to your office. Again, thank you for your support and dedication to our cases.
I would like to thank you and your team for taking the time to deliver your presentation, regarding Tier 4 immigration and our sponsor duties, to senior colleagues within the University. The presentation was extremely informative and very powerful. My colleagues also valued the opportunity to speak freely with you about their concerns regarding PBS and the recent immigration changes which have affected both students and staff at UEA. We were all very grateful that you took so much time to answer our questions and your visit has already been discussed at a number of strategy meetings. Also, thank you for the advice and guidance that you have given to my team of international student advisers throughout the last year. We look forward to working with you in the future in order to improve our immigration services and this will undoubtedly enhance the experience of our international students.
Just want to say thank you for all your hard work and you made it so much easier having you to represent us as we wouldn’t have got the same result without you. I would recommend you to anyone who need your services and I would certainly use you if I did need a solicitor.
