Jake is an Associate in our Residential Property Team and assists clients with a wide range of property matters. Matters include but are not limited to, sales and purchases, transfers of equity, buy-to-let investments, and refinance.
In addition, Jake has a particular specialism dealing with Lease Extensions. He regularly assists both freeholders and leaseholders, providing clear and practical guidance throughout the process.
After graduating in 2013, Jake gained experience in a regional firm located in Radlett and undertook a Mini-pupillage within Atkin Chambers at Gray’s Inn (London). Qualifying as a Solicitor in January 2018 at a local firm in Norwich, Jake joined Leathes Prior in December 2021, and was promoted to Associate in May 2023.
