With the new acquisition, their focus is to support and empower the local team, lead with strong values, deliver safe and compassionate care, and build a service everyone can be proud of.
Following completion, client, Peter Slough said:
“We have used Alex Saunders at LP for our last three acquisitions. His excellent commercial acumen and common sense approach means we can concentrate on planning the operational side of merging the new business into our existing structure. Honestly, we can’t give high enough praise to Alex, we fully trust him and his advice and we couldn’t ask for a better legal partner to work with. We’ve partnered with LP in all areas of our business and always had very good support but Alex is simply excellent. To us, Alex is the best in the business.”
Alex Saunders, Partner at Leathes Prior said:
“It was a privilege to act for Almalumi Group Ltd, through Directors Peter and Tom, on their third acquisition. This acquisition further strengthens Almalumi’s position within the market as one of Bluebird Care’s leading franchisees, enhances their ability to provide a high-quality service to the community and is an important milestone for the business. Congratulations Peter and Tim!”
We extend our very best wishes to Peter, Tim and the team at Almalumi Group as they continue their growth journey.
