Harry is an experienced Family Law Paralegal with over five years’ experience assisting in complex financial and children disputes.
Harry assists the team and clients across a wide range of areas including but not limited to:
- Divorce / Civil Partnership Dissolution
- Financial Settlements on Divorce / Civil Partnership Dissolution
- Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements
- Financial / Property Disputes between unmarried couples
- Cohabitation Agreements
- Children Act Matters – including ‘residence’, ‘contact’, and relocation
- Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.
Harry joined Leathes Prior in 2023 having previously worked for a local law firm in their Family Team since 2020. Harry is a qualified Paralegal (CILEX) and is currently in his third year of the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship with BPP.
In his free time, Harry enjoys spending time socialising with his friends and family. He is also a keen Formula 1 fan.
Harry has assisted on the following:
- Cases involving significant public sector pension schemes, as well as SIPPs and SSAS schemes
- Matters involving property portfolios, as well as matters which involve businesses and significant tax issues
- Cases involving significant incomes
- Disputes concerning the treatment of inherited and other non-matrimonial wealth, as well as allegations of non-disclosure
- Cases involving allegations of alienating behaviour, substance abuse, domestic abuse and the appointment of r16.4 Guardian’s in Children Act proceedings
- Attending Counsel at Private FDRs and Trials
- Worked for a local law firm in the Family Department – 2020 - 2023
- Joined LP in March 2023
- Qualified as a Paralegal in May 2023
- Started L7 Solicitor Apprenticeship in September 2024
