I instructored Leathes Prior to act on my behalf on both the sale and purchase of a property. I feel very fortunate that Madison was allocated to act on my behalf. Throughout this process, Madison communicated with me on a daily basis, including calling me to have conversations about complex matters, which I really appreciated. She was polite and professional. Above all, I always felt that she advocated for what was in my best interest both as a seller and buyer. A good example, is when Madison successfully negotiated with the freeholder to make amendments to the Deed of Variation.
