Leathes Prior welcomes Jasmin Rush to its Property Litigation Team

We are delighted to welcome Solicitor Jasmin Rush to Leathes Prior, strengthening our growing Property Litigation Team and the wider Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team.

Jasmin joins the firm with experience advising clients across a broad range of property disputes, including boundary and neighbour disputes, adverse possession claims, restrictive covenants, easements and rights of way. She also has experience in contentious probate matters, including inheritance claims, Will validity disputes and disputes between executors and trustees.

Jasmin qualified as a Solicitor in May 2024 and has since developed her experience in property litigation with a local firm before joining Leathes Prior in October 2026.
