Leathes Prior assists Blue Knot Topco1 on its acquisition of Green Pebble

Milan Pandit, Solicitor, assisted by Hugo Persad, Trainee Solicitor, both of the LP Corporate Team, recently assisted Blue Knot Topco1 on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of M&R Creative Designs Limited (t/a Green Pebble).
Blue Knot, which owns Norwich printing and fulfilment firm Page Bros, are well positioned and aligned with the values of Green Pebble to take the business from strength to strength. Page Bros offers a wide variety of printing services including printing, fulfilment, typesetting, proof reading, and direct mailing.
Green Pebble is a publisher of fine art greeting cards based in East Anglia, publishing original works of art produced by talented British artists through high quality greeting cards, note cards and stationery products.
Alex Tuya of Page Bros said of the support Leathes Prior offered throughout the transaction: “Milan and the Leathes Prior Team advised us on a recent deal and were excellent throughout. They combine strong legal expertise with a very pragmatic, commercial approach, always focused on finding workable solutions rather than creating obstacles. Milan is highly responsive and flexible, adapting quickly as the transaction evolved and helping us reach a successful outcome. It was a pleasure working with him and the team.”
Milan commented on the deal: “The acquisition of M&R Creative Designs is the second acquisition we have completed for Alex and the team at Blue Knot in quick succession – deals which have acted as a great opportunity to demonstrate our firm’s completion-focused approach to corporate transactions. It was a pleasure to work with Alex again as Blue Knot continues to strengthen its wider offering, and we are very pleased to have played a part in contributing to a positive outcome for the wider Page Bros group.”
