Penny joined Leathes Prior in 2018 and has been assisting the Commercial Property Team with a full range of commercial property matters since. In 2020, Penny completed the Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Commercial Property with Central Law Training.
Penny assists the team with the following:
- Grants of leases;
- Renewals and assignments of leases;
- Freehold sales and purchases including new developments; and
- Property financing and refinancing.
In her spare time, Penny enjoys the outdoors with her horse and dogs, spending time with her family, and socialising with friends.
