Georgia is a Solicitor in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team, assisting with a full range of contentious probate and core property disputes. In particular, Georgia is driven by providing empathetic, but pragmatic advice to individuals in disputes that arise from a challenging family context.
Georgia assists with a full range of contentious matters including but not limited to:
- Inheritance disputes, including claims under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975;
- Misrepresentation claims;
- Will validity disputes;
- Boundary disputes;
- Neighbour disputes;
- Right of way disputes;
- Proprietary estoppel claims;
- Disputes between executors/trustees;
- Landlord and tenant disputes (including commercial and residential).
Georgia graduated with a Philosophy degree from the University of Birmingham in 2019 and subsequently went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies and the Legal Practice course with a Masters, achieving a distinction.
In 2023, Georgia commenced her training contract with Leathes Prior. During her training contract, Georgia sat in Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Family, and Employment teams, before returning to the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team to qualify, specialising in property and probate disputes in September 2025.
In her spare time, Georgia enjoys cooking for family and friends, running, and yoga.
