Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys running, baking, exploring the independent restaurants Norfolk has to offer with her family and friends, and relaxing with a good book.
- Assisted with the Transfer of 18 properties from individual to Company name all with new mortgages.
- Joint-managed a Company purchase of a Property portfolio comprising of 10 properties, with a collective bridging finance of a value above £2million.
- Often assist with processing bridging finance for the purchase of Property within a tight deadline, previously as little as 10 days.
- Supporting first-time buyers during their transaction.
- Assisted with acting for developers on land purchases and plot sales.
- Worked on a range of residential property purchases from right-to-buy and low value leaseholds to high-value freehold properties.
- Worked on sale and purchase files with extensive and complicated chains.
- Graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2021 with an LLB Law Degree
- Joined Leathes Prior as a Legal Assistant in October 2021
- Studied the LPC LLM with the University of Law at the Norwich campus part-time alongside working at Leathes Prior, and graduated in July 2023
- Promoted to Paralegal in February 2023
- Started her Training Contract in September 2023
- Qualified in September 2025
