Milan specialises in providing professional and high-quality advice on complex company-related matters and has been involved in a number of mergers, acquisitions, and sales, acting for both sellers and buyers.
Milan has a particular interest in companies operating in the Healthcare sector, from assisting with medical practices seeking to operate as limited companies or LLPs, to reviewing and advising on commercial contracts and other documents, all the way through to facilitating an exit.
- Setting up companies, partnerships, and LLPs;
- Buying and selling businesses and companies;

- Drafting bespoke commercial agreements and documents;
- Company restructures;
- Company investments, fundraising rounds, and banking-related matters;
- Employee ownership trusts (EOTs); and

Outside of work, Milan co-founded and organises a football league for professional firms in Norwich. He is, unfortunately, a lifelong Chelsea FC fan, but when not engrossed in football, is either in the gym, on the golf course, or spending time with family.
- Involved in various formations of, and company acquisitions by, Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs) for valuations between £1m and £5m.
- Involved in the demerger by a £1.165m EBITDA logistics company of its property-holding activities from its trading activities.
- Involved in the £10.5m sale of shares in a regional agricultural company to a large national group of companies.
- Assisting on the £4m sale of a construction training company to a private equity firm, including the negotiation of earn-out arrangements.
- Involved in the sale of a leading omnichannel retail solutions company to a French marketing solutions group, for a mixture of £5m in cash and reinvestment in the acquiring group.
- Involved in the £1m sale of a well-known YouTube channel to its predominant supplier.
- Acting for various groups of private healthcare practitioners on establishing under a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) structure.
- Supporting a local medical centre on administering outgoing and incoming members from and into the centre’s equity partnership.
- Supporting an EOT-owned structural steelwork company on its implementation of an Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) scheme.
- Acting for various charities on their applications to the Charity Commission to incorporate as Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs).
- Graduated from Lancaster University with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) in 2020
- Passed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at the University of East Anglia in 2021
- Passed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of East Anglia in 2022
- Started his training contract with Leathes Prior immediately after in September 2022
- Qualified into the Corporate & Commercial Team in September 2024
