Leanne is an Associate in our Residential Property Team who has over 10 years’ experience in property transactions. She acts for both individual clients, company clients and lenders, with extensive experience across a broad range of transactions, including but not limited to:

Leanne graduated from University of East Anglia with a degree in Law in 2015, having already secured her first role at a local law firm before finishing her final exams. Qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2019, Leanne then joined a regional law firm in 2022 before joining Leathes Prior in January 2024 as an Associate.

In her spare time Leanne considers herself to be an “apprentice mechanic” and can often be found either working on one of her cars, attending automotive events or collaborating with automotive companies. She particularly has a passion for older Japanese cars and has a special love for old Hondas. Leanne is also in the process of renovating her own property and will give absolutely anything a go.
