Leathes Prior Solicitors is delighted to have advised Biercafe Norwich Ltd on the acquisition of Norwich’s first micropub – The Malt & Mardle, located in NR3 towards the north of Norwich.
Milan Pandit, Solicitor in LP’s Corporate Team, was assisted by Hugo Persad, a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate Team, in supporting David Jones (founder of Biercafe) on the acquisition of the business.
On LP’s services throughout the transaction, David commented:
