Rachael Hughes handled our conveyancing for the purchase of our first home together. We were able to exchange on Wednesday 14th June and happily completed on Friday, 30th June, and Rachael was instrumental in achieving this. At the start of the process, we were advised by our estate agents that our chain was complete and that they would like to move on with our purchase as quickly as possible.
