Leathes Prior are delighted to announce that Jessica Bullimore has joined on a permanent basis as People & Culture Manager, further strengthening the firm’s investment in its people as it continues to grow.
Jessica has already played an important role within the firm taking on the role of maternity cover for Anastasia Panova, Head of People, and this move into a permanent position reflects both the impact she has made and the importance Leathes Prior places on its people strategy, always focused on providinga strong, supportive and forward-thinking workplace culture.
In her role, Jessica works across a wide range of areas including recruitment, onboarding, performance and development, employee engagement and wellbeing, as well as retention and reward initiatives. Her focus will be on ensuring that Leathes Prior continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent, while maintaining the culture that underpins the firm’s success.
