Alice is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property Team, with nearly 10 years’ experience in commercial property. Alice has a wealth of experience in commercial property focused matters, providing tailored and pragmatic advice to her clients. Areas Alice can assist with include:
- Commercial landlord and tenant work including leases, assignments, underletting’s and surrenders
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises
- Real estate finance
- Assisting with property matters where the sale or purchase of a business involves commercial property leases or freehold
- Refinancing
Alice joined a national law firm, based in Norwich in 2015, where she then qualified in 2018. She then moved to a local firm in 2022, before joining Leathes Prior in January 2025.
