Leathes Prior team up with Rent4Sure to create new dynamic AST generator
Our Commercial Property Team have been working closely with one of the UK's leading suppliers to the lettings industry, Rent4sure, to create a brand new, dynamic AST generator.

Our Commercial Property Team have been working closely with one of the UK's leading suppliers to the lettings industry, Rent4sure, to create a brand new, dynamic AST generator.
The new system (available for use by Rent4sure’s clients) creates a bespoke AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) covering the terms agreed between the landlord and tenant. Using a series of selectable options and input boxes, the system uses the information provided to generate clauses in the tenancy which accurately reflect the needs of the landlord and tenant.
With his background in residential conveyancing, Commercial Property solicitor James Allen led the project for Leathes Prior, and was responsible for preparing the tenancy wording and ensuring the ASTs generated using the system are legally compliant. Rent4sure used these templates, combined with their expertise in systems, to make a generator which is quick, easy to use and helps get each new tenancy off to a good start.
If you are looking for support and assistance with your ASTs and would like access to the new service, get in touch with Rent4sure using their website, or if you need help and assistance preparing or negotiating lease terms, please contact our Property teams on 01603 610911.
