What services does EAAA provide?
Founded in 2000, and saving lives 24/7, East Anglian Air Ambulance provides support to the ambulance service by assisting with road traffic collisions, cardiac arrests, and medical emergencies, plus much more. Their expert doctors, critical care paramedics, and pilots bring advanced skills, equipment, and medicines straight to patients, which is the kind of care you’d usually only find in a specialist emergency department. Their care provides the patient with the best possible chance of survival, due to their rapid response rate and enhanced equipment.
Katie, who is a mum of former patient Albie, said “The advanced skills, equipment and medicine of EAAA gave him the best possible chance and our family is so grateful to the crew and to the supporters of the charity who made it possible” – click here to learn more about Albie’s story. Albie’s journey is just one of 2,956 emergencies EAAA crews attended in 2023–24. With continued support, EAAA can help more people and achieve further positive outcomes, just like Albie.
