Leathes Prior acquire new offices in Norwich
Leathes Prior is delighted to announce that we have agreed terms on the lease of 15 The Close. Whilst we will be saying goodbye to No.23 Tombland, the new location in Cathedral Close will allow for further growth of the firm.

Leathes Prior is delighted to announce that we have agreed terms on the lease of 15 The Close.
While it is sad to be saying goodbye to our office at No.23 Tombland, a building we have worked in for so long (and Cole & Co before us), we remain extremely proud and committed to our city centre presence and in particular our lovely surroundings in the Cathedral Close. With 23 Tombland no longer providing our successful Residential Property Team with the space that they need, we are delighted to have agreed to lease a further and larger building from the Norwich Cathedral.
Overlooking the lower Cathedral Green with lovely views of the Cathedral, 15 The Close has high ceilings and spacious corridors alongside the ample room needed for the continued growth of the firm. It is currently going through an extensive refurbishment to transform the space into a modern working environment. Our thanks are due to G.W. Gooch & Sons Builders for their help with the renovations of this historic building. We cannot wait to see the final outcome.

We await confirmation on the exact moving-in date but will keep you updated – watch this space.
Partner Darren Bowen said “As Leathes Prior moves into new offices within Norwich’s Cathedral Close, we're not just relocating; we're reaffirming our commitment to the growth of the firm and our city centre location. This move represents a significant investment in our firm's future, reflecting our ongoing dedication to providing our clients the best possible service. We are excited to embark on this next chapter and continue our journey of success within this historic and prestigious location.”
