We are going through a period of growth and therefore having outstanding candidates coming through our training programme to bolster our teams is essential. Nationally across law firms, the retention rate of trainee solicitors upon qualification is in the region of 80% but we are often well above that and this year is no exception. We wish Chris, Kelly, Pat and Jack all the best in their careers as Solicitors at Leathes Prior and very much look forward to working with them for many years to come.”
