Leathes Prior Solicitors is delighted to announce that it has acted for Stellar Global Holdings Limited in its recent sale to the Marvesting Group. The transaction represents a strategic step forward for the business, founded in 2019, which specialises in helping brands create better connections with their customers through the design of omnichannel retail experiences.
Marvesting, founded in 2004, is a leader in providing solutions that enable companies to implement omnichannel sales and marketing strategies across physical, mobile, and digital channels throughout the customer journey. With over €152 million in sales in 2022 and 230 active customers, Marvesting is the sector leader in France and Belgium. Marvesting was acquired by Alpha Private Equity two years ago, and this marks their third international acquisition since the takeover, further expanding their influence in Europe with sales now over €175 million.
The transaction was led by Alex Saunders, Partner at Leathes Prior Solicitors, with support from Senior Associate, Jack Horwitz and Solicitor, Milan Pandit.

Autumn Budget 2025: Agricultural Property Relief & Business Property Relief Changes
It was announced in the 2025 Budget that from 6 April 2026, changes will be made to agricultural property relief and business property relief. These changes bring APR and BPR in line with the nil-rate band rules, meaning unused allowances can be transferred to a surviving spouse or civil partner.
