We are pleased to announce that Jack Horwitz of Leathes Prior’s Corporate Team has advised on the sale of Hostberry Limited t/a Norfolk Holiday Properties to property management company Host & Stay Management Limited.
Established in 2018, Norfolk Holiday Properties began by renting out a few family-owned properties within a small village in North Norfolk. Since then, they have grown to now offer a variety of handpicked properties across Norfolk, including seaside cottages, large countryside barn conversions, city center townhouses, and apartments. Following the sale to Host & Stay, Norfolk Holiday Properties can now offer a local service combined with a national reach.
The acquisition of Norfolk Holiday Properties confirms Host & Stay’s commitment to making the UK one of the most popular, guest-centric holiday destinations, with a focus on changing the game for holiday let owners, while offering the highest level of customer service and experience to guests.
