Leathes Prior announce the addition of Property Executive, Alison Beales to the firm's Agriculture Team.


Leathes Prior is pleased to announce the addition of Property Executive, Alison Beales to our expanding Agriculture Team, effective December 2023. Alison brings a wealth of experience of the property market to the team, having dedicated the past three years to the LP Residential Property Team.
A valued member of the Norfolk rural community, Alison possesses a genuine passion for the agricultural sector. Her extensive understanding of both property matters, and the local community uniquely positions her to provide exceptional support to her clients.
Alison has quickly become a key member of the Agricultural Team, and has worked on a number of important matters this year, including:
- Assisting with the purchase of a farm for £4.5m in Norfolk
- The sale of an unregistered farm for £3.9m in North Norfolk
- Complex First Registrations
- Assisting with Agreements to promote agricultural Land for Development.
