Leathes Prior has advised Prosper Systems Limited on its first major funding round, raising £300,000 in investment for working capital.


Leathes Prior has advised Prosper Systems Limited on its first major funding round, raising £300,000 in investment for working capital.
Prosper Systems Limited, which is a subsidiary of The SenLab Group Limited, owns and supplies data analytic and business intelligence software under the brand “Prosper BI”. The software is intended to advise small and medium-sized enterprises on commercial decision-making.
Prosper Systems has offices in Norwich and London, and has recently appointed Kathryn Wright as an Executive Director.
Prosper Systems intends to use the funds raised to employ further staff, market the software to the wider community and expand the general business offering.
George Davis, CEO of Prosper Systems, commented:
"Alex and the team at Leathes Prior were instrumental in facilitating the fast completion of our seed round and we look forward to working with them for future rounds and assistance with other aspects of our growth plans in 2018."
