Paul graduated in French and Drama at the University of London and worked overseas for a number of years before training with a City of London firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 1988 and joining Leathes Prior in 1990.

Paul specialises in all areas of corporate work including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buy outs, joint ventures, funding and subscription agreements, re-organisations and shareholders’ agreements. He also advises a number of charitable organisations on company issues.

Paul is identified by the Legal 500 publication 'Legal Experts' as an expert in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law.

Paul is a founder of the Duffers Golfing Association, and is also fluent in French and conversant in a number of other languages.
