Richard Guthrie

Richard graduated in Law from King's College London in 2000 and worked at the High Court and in Vancouver before joining Leathes Prior in 2004.

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and specialises in corporate law. He has a broad range of experience including: acquisitions and disposals, group re-organisations, shareholders’ agreements, share option schemes and providing general advice on company issues.

Richard is a Notary Public and was “strongly recommended to anyone in need of corporate advice” (by Rachel Crampton, former owner of The Travel Centre (Norwich) Limited).
