We have an exciting opportunity for a fee earner to join our highly rated Employment team based in the city centre of Norwich.
This opportunity is for an established lawyer with existing experience and the ability to hit the ground running, seeking to join a busy team. There is no requirement for the successful applicant to bring any client following with them to the role.
The role will include day to day advice on employment law matters, whether that be to individuals, local businesses, national professional service networks, or multi-national corporations and PLCs. Our team provides advice across multiple sectors, including to numerous national sporting governing bodies, global facilities management providers, football clubs and formula 1 teams, country estates, luxury car dealerships, high net worth individuals, architects, independent schools, and countless award-winning employers.
We are fortunate to act for a broad spectrum of exciting clients, and as such our ideal candidate, in addition to being passionate about employment law and delivering exceptional client service, will be enthusiastic and adaptable to our various clients’ needs.
We offer flexibility in both role and hours (part time applicants are welcome), and are committed to supporting the successful applicant in continuing their career journey; whether that be by building on an existing niche or specialism, creating one, or taking an active role in supervision or practice support.

Currently comprised of 9 staff, the team has plans to grow and expand over the coming years, cementing its position as the largest and best employment law team in Norfolk.
