Leathes Prior advises Prosper Systems Limited on its first major funding round
Leathes Prior has advised Prosper Systems Limited on its first major funding round, raising £300,000 in investment for working capital.
Prosper Systems Limited, which is a subsidiary of The SenLab Group Limited, owns and supplies data analytic and business intelligence software under the brand “Prosper BI”. The software is intended to advise small and medium-sized enterprises on commercial decision-making.
Prosper Systems has offices in Norwich and London, and has recently appointed Kathryn Wright as an Executive Director.
Prosper Systems intends to use the funds raised to employ further staff, market the software to the wider community and expand the general business offering.
