Leathes Prior advises on the sale of Jonah’s Handling Limited
We are pleased to announce that Jack Horwitz, Senior Associate of Leathes Prior’s Corporate Team has acted on the sale of Norfolk business Jonah’s Handling Limited to Livetec Systems.
Based in Dereham, Norfolk, and established in 2007, Jonah’s Handling Limited has over 18 years’ experience specialising in the handling of poultry across Norfolk and Lincolnshire. The acquisition is a strategic move to strengthen Livetec’s position as a leading provider of livestock protection services.
Following this acquisition, Livetec Systems explains they have a well-structured approach in place to ensure minimal disruption to all customers, along with a carefully managed transition. Jonah’s Handling Limited will still trade under its current name as it transitions into Livetec Handling Services, a new division of the Livetec Group.
