Leathes Prior has a specialised and experienced claimant personal injury team that regularly handles significant claims including those arising from
accidental death.
The team has a wealth of experience that includes group litigation and claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority as well as the more straightforward workplace, road traffic and tripping and slipping accidents.
Whilst in Britain we have a very good health service with health professionals who dedicate themselves to the care of their patients, unfortunately from time to time accidents and errors do occur. If during the last three years you have suffered as a result of treatment that you have received by your doctor, hospital, dentist or other health professional contact us as we may be able to help you.
Our aim is always to provide sensible and pragmatic advice and an efficient but sympathetic approach. We provide initial home visits in appropriate cases and make no charge for our first consultation. We are happy to consider all funding options including undertaking suitable cases on a conditional (or "no win, no fee") basis.
