Completion

This is the day it all happens! The buyer’s solicitor will forward the balance of the monies to the seller’s solicitor. The sellers must vacate the property on this day allowing the buyer to move in and take up occupation of the property. The title documents to the property will be forwarded to the buyer’s solicitor to enable them to register the buyer’s interest in the property as the legal owner.
