As soon as your HR and Employment Law Service contract starts, Charity BackRoom will:
- undertake an employment health check, reviewing your employment contracts and key policies.
- update your policies in line with current employment legislation.
- provide practical advice and guidance on policy application.
- offer advice on performance management issues, absence, organisational change, disciplinary, grievance and recruitment best practice.
- offer a free place on its bi-annual Employment Law seminar.
If an employment issue becomes contentious or involves complex legal issues then the specialist Employment team at Leathes Prior will provide bespoke advice, concentrating on the delivery of workable and practical solutions, minimising the risk to your organisation.
The annual cost for unlimited access to our HR and employment law advice by phone and email will be based on the number of employees you have and starts from just £800 + VAT.
