Simon Willis
Solicitor
Simon graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2008 with a 2:1 honours degree in Law before joining Leathes Prior as a trainee solicitor in 2009.
Simon's training focussed on services for individuals, particularly in relation to a wide range of family, Wills and probate matters, although he also has experience in conveyancing.
Simon now focuses solely on family matters and is able to advise on a wide range of issues including divorce, financial relief, child contact and residence, pre-nuptial agreements and change of name deeds.
Simon is a full member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) – a national group of family lawyers whose aim is to resolve disputes in a conciliatory fashion.
Outside of work Simon is interested in a wide variety of sports and has represented his county in football, tennis and cross country running.
