Vicki Mitman

Solicitor

Educated at Kimbolton School and a graduate of Nottingham Trent University with a 2.1 in Politics, Vicki then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2007 and the Legal Practice Course in 2008, at Nottingham Law School.

Having joined Leathes Prior as a trainee in 2009 Vicki qualified as a solicitor in the firm's Company/ Commercial team in September 2011.  Her commercial background and experience has helped hone her client-focused approach.  Vicki advises franchisors, franchisees/franchise owners and other commercial clients on all issues relevant to the expansion of their businesses.  Her training also included commercial property and litigation work and although she specialises in franchising and licensing, she also frequently assists the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution team. 

Leathes Prior is actively involved with the British Franchise Association (BFA) and Vicki is currently undertaking the BFA's Qualified Franchise Professional qualification which is a formal recognition of professional knowledge and experience within the industry.

In her spare time, Vicki enjoys music, sports and spending time with family and friends.  She sings, both with the Norwich Philharmonic Chorus and as a soloist and enjoys golf, swimming, netball, tennis, (and anything else that gets her outdoors!).
