Peter Sheppard

Peter graduated in Law at the University of Kent and trained with London and South East firm, Thomas Eggar, qualifying in 1984.

Peter has practised in Norfolk for the past 20 years and has built up a significant commercial client following in Norwich, throughout Norfolk, London and Oxfordshire. Peter also acts as legal adviser to several international clients based in America with UK commercial interests.

Peter advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial work specialising in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and company restructuring.
