Adam McCaw

Adam graduated in Law at the University of Wales in Cardiff and joined Leathes Prior in 2002.
Adam is a partner and head of our Insolvency team. He is also a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (being one of only three solicitors in the East of England to hold this qualification) and a Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals ("R3").
His main areas of expertise are corporate recovery and turnaround procedures including Company and Partnership Voluntary Arrangements, Voluntary and Compulsory Liquidations and Administrations, advising both office holders and directors. Adam has also advised on misfeasance and wrongful trading actions against directors – and has experience of successfully defending director's disqualification proceedings.
As well as this, he advises on all aspects of personal insolvency including Bankruptcy and Individual Voluntary Arrangements, acting for Trustees in Bankruptcy, Supervisors and individuals with financial difficulties.
