Chris Hoxley
Associate
Chris is an Associate in the Real Estate team. He was educated at Norwich School before graduating with upper second class honours in Law from the University of Reading. He qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Leathes Prior in 2007.
Chris advises clients on a wide range of commercial and residential property matters, but his day-to-day work involves acting for clients buying and selling commercial premises and advising landlords and tenants on all aspects of business tenancies.
Chris regularly assists with the property aspects of corporate transactions and also advises a number of Licensed Insolvency Practitioners on property issues.
Acting for a number of charities, Chris is well versed in the intricacies of acquiring and disposing of property for charities as well.
Away from the office Chris is a keen golfer and enjoys watching most sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Chris is a member of CRELA (the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association) and is recognised as a "rising star" by the Legal 500 guide to the legal profession (2011).
