Leathes Prior assist New Japanese Franchise
Leading law firm Leathes Prior is assisting Ah-So Management Limited, a Teppanyaki and Sushi restaurant business based on Prince of Wales Road, Norwich, to establish a new Japanese teppanyaki franchise concept, the first of its kind in the UK.
The Franchise was launched with much interest at The British & International Franchise Exhibition in London, Olympia on the 1st and 2nd April, where Master Chefs from the Norwich restaurant gave the prospective franchisees a taste of what Ah-So has to offer.
The experienced franchise team was led by Jonathan Chadd, who advises franchisors including National Schoolwear Centres plc, has been working closely with Ah-So Directors in developing the concept who believes the restaurants will soon become a household name with a national presence.
Marcus Rose, Director/General Manager of Ah-So Norwich said: "We are delighted to have Leathes Prior aiding us with setting up the Ah-So Franchise. They have a strong intellectual property and experienced franchise team which has already proved invaluable in the early stages. I have been able to rely on Leathes Prior understanding our business and helping us to achieving our objectives."
Leathes Prior's Jonathan Chadd added: "We are very pleased to have had the opportunity to assist Ah-So in bringing the Franchising opportunity to market. We believe the concept shows great promise and we look forward to working with the management team to help them develop the franchise network."
Ah-So restaurants will offer the ultimate in social dining, where customers gather round large teppenyaki grills and watch amazing master chefs prepare and cook their food in front of them.
