The Leathes Prior Team with Martin Corry

Wednesday 24th April saw one of the highlights of the Norfolk Rugby social calendar when Wymondham Rugby Club held their Annual Gala Dinner at their home ground at Tuttles Lane. More than 300 guests were in attendance for the splendid black tie event.

Guest speaker was Martin Corry, of England and British & Irish Lions fame.

The event was sponsored by Leathes Prior Solicitors for the 3rd year running and started for the Leathes Prior attendees and VIPs with a Champagne reception with Martin Corry at the home of Bob Sutton, a Vice President and founder of the Club.

Following on from the Dinner, Corry ended the evening with an entertaining speech that described his experiences with the England and Lions squads and how the respective managers he had played under had impacted on his career. Leathes Prior also presented prizes to the first and third teams' player of the year.
