Leathes Prior has a specialised and experienced claimant personal injury department that regularly handles significant claims including those arising from accidental death.

The department has a wealth of experience that includes group litigation and claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority as well as the more straight forward workplace, road traffic and tripping and slipping accidents.

Whilst in Britain we have a very good health service with health professionals who dedicate themselves to the care of their patients, unfortunately from time to time accidents and errors do occur. We provide initial home visits in appropriate cases and make no charge for our first consultation.
