We have close contacts with respected trade mark and patent agents (nationally and internationally) who assist with searching and registration of patents and trade marks (including the drafting of patent specifications). We will often also work closely with clients, their business and financial advisers and their existing trade mark and patent agents in developing a strategy for the development, marketing and protection of their products and brands

Our IP team has considerable experience in investigating title to IP rights and works closely with the firm’s commercial and corporate department drafting technology transfer agreements ensuring that these comply with EC and other regulations and requirements as applicable.
